    福岡県・糸島で自然農園で育てた生姜です。
    夏頃から順次収穫を始めますが夏季は水分たっぷり・瑞々しい【新生姜】をお届け、秋に向かうにつれて水分が減少、熟成されていきます。初霜が降りる前に一斉に収穫して、以降は保温庫で貯蔵した濃厚な【ひね生姜】をお届けさせていただきます。
